And you've been Googling the same 12 things for the past six months like the answers will magically appear...
Spoiler: They won’t.
You’re overwhelmed.
You’re exhausted.
And you’re probably one more news headline away from throwing your passport in a tote bag and yelling “WE’RE LEAVING.”
I get it.
I’ve been there.
Staying stuck in “maybe next year” is costing you more than the actual move would.
Your peace.
Your time.
Your energy.
Your sanity.
And, let’s be real, whatever soul is left after dealing with U.S. healthcare.
I help Americans move abroad without losing their mind, their money, or their patience.
Not with wishful thinking.
Not with TikTok “just get a remote job!” advice.
Not with influencer bullshit.
With real strategy.
Real clarity.
Real numbers.
Real support.
The kind that makes you go, “Oh. Ohhhh. This is actually doable.”
Hey friend!
(and here's why I'm doing this)...
Because I moved abroad in 2013 with medical debt, two cats, $2K, and exactly zero chill.
We didn’t move because it looked cute on Instagram.
We moved because staying in the U.S. was no longer sustainable.
Financially. Emotionally. All of it.
I learned everything the hard way:
visas
taxes
daycare
shipping
deposits that made me question every life choice
cross-border paperwork that absolutely no one explains
the entire Swiss bureaucratic system, which is… a lot
And then Austria.
Then back to Switzerland.
More paperwork.
More headaches.
More learning by being smacked in the face by the process.
So now I help you do it without all of that.
And yes, I sound like your tired but surprisingly helpful aunt right now.
But you do need a plan.
You just need structure and someone to tell you “okay, here’s exactly how this works.”
Perfect moments are a myth.
If you’re waiting for one, you’ll still be in Ohio in 2037.
And moving abroad?
For a lot of us, it’s the first real choice we've had in a long time.
Neither is your cousin’s friend’s neighbor who once visited Amsterdam.
You don’t have to apologize for wanting that.
I’m not here to charm you.
I’m not here to sell you a fantasy.
And I’m definitely not here to tell you to “manifest clarity.”
I’m here to:
tell you the truth, even if it’s inconvenient
break things down so they stop feeling impossible
walk you through your move without talking to you like a toddler
give you the emotional support the internet does not
give you the actual steps, not vibes
And yes, we will joke about the absurdity of certain visa processes.
It’s mandatory.
I've been working with private clients, from big moves to smaller relocations since 2014. See what past clients have said.
